Very reaonable priced, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent midway between the Arc de Triumph and the Eiffel Tower with only a 10 minute walk to either. From our balcony window we had an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast makes a good start to the day. The elevator was not working, but we were travelling light with roll-ons, so it did not impact us. It may be a challenge if you had large suitcases. An excellent hotel with friendly staff. I would recommend.

The location of Elysees Union Hotel is incredible if you are looking to do tourist activities in Paris. Located 3min from a Metro line gives you access to everything. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are neat, clean and the bathrooms are newly renovated. The staff are polite, helpful and speak English.

We had a lovely apartment on the 5th floor. It had 2bedrooms.2bathroom,A/C, kitchenette with stove. frig, nicrowave, washer/dryer, dishes, pans, silverware. It is centrally located.,within walking distance of the Metro,a market ,5 cafes. we coule see both Eifel tower and the Arc de Triunph from the street. te staff were friendly. Internet connection was reasonable. the beds were comfortable. we would recommend this hotel. (also room service, maid service) WThere was a nice courtyard cafe but we did not go there. the front lounge was comfortable with nice chairs and tables. Taxi service was called (although we thought it was expensive, we do not use taxis here so we are not the best judge)

My wife and I had booked the Elysees Union Hotel for a three day surprise stay, from Athens, with our 12 yr old granddaughter. The day before we were to leave, the Iceland volcano eruption occurred and suddenly, our three day trip turned into a ten day trip. The people at this hotel could not have been nicer to us - they treated us like family. Several of the staff even went out of their way to help fix our computer so that we could get on the internet and stay in touch with family back in the US as well as rebook airline tickets and keep abreast of the news. The room was VERY clean and the maids were superb! We had a small balcony on the front side of the hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It became our evening tradition to watch the "twinkling" on the hour. This hotel is located in a PERFECT place - half way between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. It was a ten minute walk to the Champs Elysees and we even walked to Notre Dame, Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre. Though often we would take the Metro back to within a block of the hotel. The staff ijnformed us of where to find a small supermarket so as not to have to have an expensive dinner every night. When we brought some sandwiches back one evening, they insisted on getting some china plates for us to use. We even met the hotel manager one day who was most sincere in offering any assistance he could. We know where we are going to stay on our next trip to Paris. This was just a wonderful, wonderful experience!! - Bill, Mary and Megan - Palm Desert, CA
